Pull Up A Chair For Sessions On Design, Content, And Blogging

Design and Content Sessions

Non-Developers Welcome

When I ask other local industry folks and WordPress users around Sacramento why they aren’t planning on coming to WordCamp or why they don’t attended the monthly Sacramento WordPress meetup, the answer is often the same: “But I’m not a developer.”

I don’t know where the idea that everything at the monthly meetup or at WordCamp is only for developers came from. But I do know that it’s simply not true.

WordCamp Sacramento and the monthly meetup is for WordPress users of all skill levels and all types!

We have NINE sessions for designers, copywriters, strategists, bloggers, and business owners, as well as developers. This year we’ve got talks on content creation best practices, a content-first design process, and daily blogging. We’ve got sessions on theme design, podcasting, leveraging the Yoast SEO plugin, and more.

Plus, we have SEVEN business-focused sessions on topics like project management, pricing your web projects, leveraging partnerships, growing an agency and finding the right tools for your WordPress workflow.

You can check out the complete two-day schedule to make a plan for which sessions you want to attend and see the specific sessions for non-developers below:
